As a law firm we regularly assess and manage risks of any potential harmful content, adhere to Ofcom’s codes of practice, implement user reporting mechanisms, and update our content.

- Implement Safety Duties: Take steps to mitigate any risks, including removing offending content and preventing users from encountering it.
- Update Terms and Conditions: Explain their approach to content moderation and user safety within this public statement.
- Provide Reporting Mechanisms: Allow users to report offending content and submit complaints.
- Document Compliance: Maintain written records of how we are meeting our duties under the Act.
